Again your intelligence and talents shine through! Many people will automatically remember Steven Covey's Big Rocks analogy and David Allen's methods of handling Next Actions. What is brilliant about your system that many other systems neglect is that we are busy people. We want to have the necessary arsenal to do things easily and correctly. We don't want to miss the mark with our efforts because we aren't properly forearmed nor do we want our systems to be so prickly as to take up too much of our time and efforts to keep it afloat. You system provides just the correct amount of knowledge, guidance and practical steps! What investments you ask of people are basic and necessary to keep them properly on course with successful results. Just as important, it's relatively quick and doable with no compromise to it's efficacy! Well done!
